About this coating system
Film lamination carries patterns a sprayed or roller-coated finish cannot: a fabric weave, a marble vein, a brushed metal. The seven series below are the stock range; the PVC Film Finish brochure carries more.

Quote the HG code. These patterns have no names in the color card, so the code is the only reliable identifier.

Polyester Powder Coating
The standard finish across the ceiling range. Ten stock colors plus custom matching, sprayed as a dry powder and cured to a hard, even film.
11 finishes
Pre-painted
Coil-coated polyester, painted before the panel is formed. Carries the wood grain range: twenty-nine patterns, from white oak to black walnut.
29 finishesPVDF
A fluoropolymer coating in white and silver, specified where a ceiling must hold its color in conditions beyond the range of a polyester finish.
