Pre-painted
Coil-coated polyester, painted before the panel is formed. Carries the wood grain range: twenty-nine patterns, from white oak to black walnut.
About this coating system
Pre-painted stock is roller-coated on the coil line and then cut and formed, so the color is continuous across a whole production run. The wood grains are printed, not veneered: they carry the appearance of timber with the fire performance and the cleanability of aluminum.

On baffle ceilings, pre-painted is available on the cold-rolled series only.
How to specify it
Quote the grain name and its number, for example "White Oak 751". Two pairs share a name at different numbers, Brown Teak 715 and 716 and Brown Oak 704 and 705, so the number is what identifies the finish.
